Every Felix Cotton piece is made to order, just for you. No warehouse full of stock, no throwaway product. Here's how returns work.

If something's wrong, we make it right

Arrived damaged, misprinted, or wrong size/item sent? We'll fix it. Within 30 days of delivery, send us your order number and a quick photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or a full refund. 

Change of mind

Since everything is printed just for you, we generally can't take change-of-mind returns. On the fence about a fit or design? Ask us before you buy.

Refund timing

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
